More than a bin monitor company.
Lockwood Engineering Services started in grain — building better ways to monitor and manage stored crops — and grew into a full industrial automation partner. Today we bring controls, electrical, and technology together under one roof, for grain operations and beyond. Where L.E.S. is More!
Three specialties, one partner
Each of us owns a discipline. Together we cover a project end to end.
Tony founded Lockwood Engineering Services on a simple idea: control systems should be designed, built, and commissioned by the people who understand the whole process — not handed off in pieces. He leads controls engineering and PLC programming, and created GrainGuard 360 to bring modern automation to grain operations. [Draft bio — Tony to refine.]
Dan handles the electrical side of every project — install, service, and maintenance on new and existing equipment and builds. Through Freeman Electrical LLC, he keeps every job wired safely, to code, and running right. [Draft bio — Dan to refine.]
Terry is the connective tissue between the plant floor and the cloud. A systems architect and automation technologist, he builds the platforms that turn raw sensor data into decisions — unified monitoring, control, and analytics from the PLC all the way to the browser. He lives where OT meets IT: industrial protocols, edge computing, time-series data, real-time dashboards, and the automation that stitches them together. If it can be measured, moved, automated, or made visible, Terry has already built it — engineered to run offline, at scale, and free of vendor lock-in.
How we're different
Controls, electrical, and technology from a single group — no finger-pointing between vendors.
Panels and programs are proven on the bench before they reach your site.
A disciplined process with documentation and training at handover.
Local, relationship-driven support after the project ships.
